DMC, what is it?
Destination Medical Center (DMC) is a 20 year economic initiative and development opportunity for the City of Rochester, MN and surrounding areas. This project is set to create significant job growth and new business opportunities for the area. Over the 20 year initiative 25,000-30,000 jobs will be created in Minnesota along with 10,000 - 15,000 jobs from visitation related business. Additionally 1,800 - 2,200 jobs will be created for construction of infrastructure. DMC will also help create or attract businesses in the bio, medical, agricultural, and nutrition fields.
